Our wraparound care caters for children aged 3 – 11.

We are open from 7.45am – 9am for Breakfast Club and 3.15pm – 5.15pm for after school club.

Wraparound Care Terms & Conditions

–Prices ~

The current charge per pre-booked session (inclusive of snacks and refreshments) is;

                                 Breakfast Club – £4.50            After School Club – £7.00

(charges are subject to review and may increase with notice)

• There is a penalty charge of £5 for any child collected after the official closing time of the club and a further £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter. After 15 minutes this will be classed as a safeguarding issue.  Persistent late collection will result in the permanent cancellation of your child’s place. 
• All fees and charges must be paid by cash or bank transfer monthly in advance with the exception of occasional bookings which must be paid on the day.
• Failure to settle all fees and/or penalties when due may result in St Jude’s taking action (including legal action) to recover all outstanding debts.

~Responsibility for Payment ~

• The responsibility for payment of all fees, charges and penalties lies at all times with the person who has made the booking.
• If a child does not attend a pre-booked session the full amount will still be charged, as this place could otherwise be offered to another child.
• Payment must be made monthly in advance. See separate payment schedule for specific dates.
• Extra sessions booked must be paid immediately.

~Changes to booked sessions ~

• Sessions which have been booked and paid for cannot be refunded except due to the closure of the club (for example if it is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances.)
• All additional sessions requested by parents / carers are subject to availability as we must ensure that we have sufficient staff on site.
• No parent/carer should consider a booking as being accepted until a member of St Jude’s staff has confirmed the booking.
• The school requires 4 weeks’ notice for any cancellation of sessions. Notice must be made in writing or by completing a cancellation form.

~Arrival and Collection of Children ~

Children MUST be signed in to Breakfast Club and signed out of After School Club by a responsible adult.

Please make sure you have also completed a school safeguarding form detailing which adults you permit to collect your child.

Only the adults which are on your child’s authorised collection list will be permitted to collect your child. If you would like to make arrangements for another adult to collect your child you must speak to the school office in advance.
